CEO John Pappalardo is Chairman of the New England Fisheries Management Council (link). The CCHFA is a member of the Herring Alliance (link) and also administers the Cape Cod Fisheries Trust, one of the ENGO financed case studies in the Packard supported report Financing Fisheries Change (link) by Manta Consulting.
